Adel Soliman

Adel is the closest example of what so called ‘Buddhist Leadership’. With over 3 decades spanning career encompassing leading roles at renowned international media outlets including the BBC, Aljazeera satellite channel and Dubai Business Channel, he has been known among his peers of senior editors as ‘The Siddhartha’ for his exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities with a cool head in a busy and hostile newsroom that known all kinds of crisis.

After 12 years of serving as the head of BBC Arabic Radio, he teamed up with Salma Emara to create London Media Masters and share his leadership skills and media training expertise with the rest of the region.
